It began as a family-run enterprise in Kansas City, Kansas, started by Bill and Nancy Mosburg as a small business selling used equipment from restaurants. The company expanded in the mid-1990s when their son Scott joined and helped grow the business into a full-service dealership offering new and used equipment, smallwares, and design services. Throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, additional family members joined, helping the company evolve from a cash-and-carry smallwares store into a comprehensive foodservice equipment provider.
