Dave has lived a turbulent life. Raised in the tough streets of Boca Raton, Dave had his first foray into the restaurant industry at the age of 5 leading the sauté line at Bob's Big Boy. At the age of 14 Dave falsified his records that allowed him to join the Navy, becoming the yougest Navy Seal by the age of 16. It was during a raid of a Somali Warlord that Dave discovering his love of hospitality. From there the world was his oyster.
